Origin: Found in Australia and some Pacific Islands. Grows in warm weather like in the Mediterranean and North Africa.
Description: Lemony uplifting and sweet
History: Imported to Europe in the 1700's.
Properties and Indications:
- Cleansing, a great tonic for the nervous system
- Balancing and tonifying
- Not over-stimulating
- Good for the neuro-muscular system - any aches and pains, joint articulation
- Digestive problems related to peristalsis, ie. muscle work
- Multiple Sclerosis sufferers - pick up for the nerves
- Clears the air in difficult circumstances
- Can help with some respiratory complains such as bronchitis and asthma
Contra-indications:
- Do not use on dry or itchy skin

- Basil, Bergamot, Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender, Lime, Neroli, Orange, Petitgrain, Palmarosa, Ylang Ylang
