If you sense any distraction entering your mind, just be reminded that you will deal with them after meditating. A garden filled with butterflies can be a nice place. And also, the setting of the sun seen through a deserted beach can also be quite a good place to be in. You could hear the splash of the water in the sand, the soft breeze sweep through your face, and you can see the wonder of God’s creation. Practicing this twice a day is a lot of help. It eases tension, clears the mind with all the worries of the day, and it simply makes your day so refreshed that you’ll have energy again to get back to work and live a happy and peaceful life. |
