1) light exercises and deep breathing in the open air must be done.
2) remain free from worries,be tension free and happy.
3) must use air,sunshine,mud and water regularly.
4) should not use any intoxificant.do not supress natural calls(stool,urine,hunger,thrist and sleep)
5) do not criticise anyone and do not hear others do it.
