raddhish,cucumber ka pickle!!!

  • red radishes - about half of a bunch
  • cucumber
  • onions
  • fresh herbs
  • white vinegar
  • lemon
  • pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

  1. Slice the red radishes thin ,onions and cucumber and place in a small container with a seal.
  2. Add about half as much white vinegar as there were radishes.
  3. Toss in some coarse sea salt
  4. Toss in some Szechuan pepper mix (to taste).
  5. add lemon zest and the juice from about half a lemon.
  6. Seal the container and shake it up. The liquid gets nice and pink from the skin of the radishes. It tastes good immediately, and also the next day once the radishes started to lose their firmness.
