recipes for good health!!!

hi guys....Today I'd like to show you a quick and easy
alkaline recipe you can prepare in no time flat.these recipes will not cause acidity in the systems and hence are alkalizing and good for health.

Here it is:

--> Alkalizing Energizing Cucumber Salad <--

2 cups, cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon flax seed or olive oil

A. In a small serving bowl, combine
cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice,
and oil.

B. Toss together and serve.

--> Broccoli and Raisins and Pine Nuts <--

2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cups raisins
1/4 cup pine nuts

A. Steam broccoli in the steamer for about 5
minutes. Remove and place them in a large bowl.

B. Add raisins and pine nuts. Sprinkle with
olive oil and mix well.
