tomato salad

  • 2 medium whole tomatoes
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3-5 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 of a cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion

method-Chop tomatoes into smallish bite-size pieces. Chop parsley and garlic finely. Add all ingredients to bowl and let it sit for about 30 minutes more or less, or until tahini has thinned down.

Chill or serve.
