Treatment for Constipation

1)have more roughage.

2)drink more water.

3)fasting on a liquid diet for two-three days.take lemon and honey in water.

4)after fasting,go on a fruit diet for a few days.

5)then when one comes back to one's normal diet, add more fibre to your diet.

6)take salads more often and if one eats non-vegetarian, add salads to it.

7)soak anjeer-munacca. soak it over night in water and take in the morning.

8)take fruits like papaya,guava,pears and raw apples.

9)avoid maida products,bakery items,tea-coffee,red chilies and oily items.

10)avoid late night sleeping.

11)avoid late night meals.
