  • Tomatoes
  • Green Peppers
  • Shallots
  • Cucumbers
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt


Chop equal proportions of the vegetables into very small cubes (eg ¼"). Mix in the dressing (lemon juice, olive oil and salt) and serve.
